6-8 MONTHS

• Book an officiant

4-6 MONTHS

3 MONTHS

• Order menu cards

• Book hair and makeup appointments
• Book spa and beauty treatments
• Plan reception seating
• Book mani/pedi/massage for day before
• Get “Something Old, New, Borrowed, Blue”

2 MONTHS

• Send wedding invitations
• Begin writing wedding vows
• Meet with officiant to plan the ceremony
• Apply for marriage license
• Finalize fittings for wedding dress and wedding party
• Finalize seating
• Order transportation for wedding day
• Pick up wedding rings
• Create a wedding day schedule

1 MONTH

• Give a copy of your honeymoon itinerary to someone
• Confirm honeymoon reservations
• Pick up marriage license
• Confirm date and time with venue/s
• Update registries
• Delegate someone to return all rentals
• Provide wedding party and vendors with schedule
• Check in with vendors and finalize details
• Order thank you cards

1-2 WEEKS

• Pack for honeymoon
• Final dress fitting
• Follow up with guests who have not RSVP’d
• Give caterer the final count
• Prepare wedding day emergency kit
• Meet with photographer to discuss requests
• Send playlists to DJ/band
• Get haircut and colour
• Enjoy scheduled spa and beauty treatments

THE DAY BEFORE

• Get a mani / pedi / massage
• Attend wedding rehearsal
• Have the groomsmen attire picked up
• Final confirmation with all vendors
• Deliver welcome bags to hotels
• Confirm your hair and makeup appointments
• Finish packing for the honeymoon
• Ensure everything is laid out for the morning
• Get your beauty rest. Don’t stay up late!

YOUR WEDDING DAY!

• Eat a healthy and hearty breakfast
• Give best man wedding rings
• Take a deep breath and relax and enjoy the day!
